Coupon Code for ServSafe Courses

I'm currently taking the ServSafe Alcohol Training online. It normally costs $30. I found a coupon code for $10 off and it worked for me. Enter "Montana2010" in the coupon code field during checkout.

Here's a discount on the Servsafe Manager Book and Answer Sheet by the NRA:

Synovate Global Opinion Panel

Synovate Global Opinion Panel is a mouthful, I know, but this site is worth your attention. Sign up for free and they will email you survey invitations.  By taking these surveys, you get to influence and learn about new products before they come out. Sometimes, they will even mail you a product (think shampoo, air fresheners, cleaners, detergent, food, etc) for you to evaluate. You get paid through points which you can redeem for cash (I've earned $125 and many free products over the years).  By completing surveys, you're also entered into sweepstakes for cash, gift cards and video game systems.

Free Business Cards

Vistaprint offers 250 FREE business cards (my link will also give you an 80% discount on other products). I ordered some from them and was quite happy with the product.  You only pay shipping and handling, which is about $5.  It's handy to have business cards when you're unemployed and networking, because all your info is on a nice little card.

Coupon Codes/Printable Coupons

Before I shop anywhere online, I do a Google search for coupon codes (sometimes called promo codes). For instance, if I'm shopping at the Crocs site, I will enter "crocs coupon code" into Google. Chances are, you will find at least one (I've found codes for free shipping and % off).  Some stores will let you use two or even three at a time. Always a good idea to see if there are any ways to save money before you buy from a site. Some great sites that list coupon codes are:  RetailMeNotDealspl.us, MommySavesBig.  Just head to those sites and search for your store of choice.

Same thing goes for shopping at "brick and mortar" stores.  You can find printable coupons online. Before I head to the mall or any other big shopping trip, I will search the above sites or just Google the stores that I'm planning on heading over to (for example, "Gap printable coupon").  I've found many, many printable coupons this way (usually for a dollar amount or % off) and I've saved lots of money.

FREE Movie Tickets from GoFoBo!

Weird name, I know. Hey, I didn't make up the website! But I wish I did, as it's a really great idea. Sign up for a free account at Gofobo and they will email you free screening passes in your area! I have attended at least 10 free screenings from this site (they email me so many sometimes, I cannot go to them all).  I rarely pay for movies nowadays (that's at least a $12 savings)!  Gofobo also has movie related sweepstakes (I haven't won any yet).  Seems that Gofobo has monopolized the free screening (oh and these are PRE screenings, so you will get to see the movie before it actually comes out) market, as my prior ways of obtaining passes are quickly depleting. Get in on this, it's great. You can usually get up to two passes.  TIP:  Get to the free screenings at least an hour ahead of time, as they always give out more passes than there are seats (and people will start lining up more than an hour ahead).
